My name is Bee Pandya

With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge gained from working with both large and small companies, spanning in-house roles, agency work, and consultancy, working in country, in region and at a global level.

I have expertise in medical information, scientific communications, as a global leader for medicine and in medical excellence. As a passionate advocate for capability building, I am committed to empowering individuals and teams to thrive as Medical Affairs evolves into a strategic leadership function.

As a pharmacist by training, I have worked in several therapy areas and in different roles and geographies.

Crafting cohesive plans to generate and leverage evidence effectively to improve access and patient outcomes

Managing complex challenges, including product withdrawals, with poise and precision.
